You must upload the soft copy of these documents and reports when you apply to
enrol your child in a SPED school.
Personal documents
- Child's student pass or Dependant Pass.
- Child's deed poll, if your child has changed their name.
- Parents' or guardian's passport and Employment Pass, if applicable.
- Certificate of legal guardianship, if applicable.
- Divorce and custody documents, if applicable.
Reports

- Report book or progress reports.
- by a teacher most familiar with your child's learning needs.
- by a doctor who is familiar with your child's medical history and diagnosis.
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy scores for applications to Metta School and Delta Senior School for students aged 16 to 18 years old.
- by a registered Educational or Clinical Psychologist listed in the Singapore Register of Psychologists.
Use the new for applications and transfers (from other SPED schools) to the following SPED schools offering the National Curriculum (NC):
- Pathlight School
- St. Andrew's Mission School
- Anglo-Chinese School (Academy)
Anglo-Chinese School (Academy) is a new SPED school for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, offering the NC. It will be operational in the first quarter of 2026.
More information about the school and the social service agency leading it will be updated on the MOE website by February or March 2025.
